We’re excited to have you here and look forward to providing you with the best nail care experience. To make your booking process as smooth as possible, here’s some essential information about our team, policies, and terms.

At CakesInc.Nails, we offer services by skilled professionals at different experience levels:  

• Junior Nail Technician: Ideal for basic treatments and simpler designs, offering great quality at an affordable price.
• Master Nail Technician: Highly trained and experienced, providing expert techniques and beautiful results for more detailed requests.
• Top Nail Technician: Specializing in advanced artistry and luxury treatments, delivering flawless finishes for the ultimate nail care experience.  

When booking, select the nail tech level that best fits your needs.  

 

• Please avoid using hand cream or lotion before your appointment. This may interfere with the results of the Russian manicure.  

• For Builder Gel + Extensions, your free edge must be at least 1-3mm long to ensure proper application.  

• To maintain the quality of our services, we prefer not to work over another nail stylist's work. Please remove your nails before your treatment or book a soak-off as part of your appointment.  

 

Booking Deposit:

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment, deducted from your total cost. If the appointment is rescheduled on our behalf, your deposit will NOT be lost.

• For urgent bookings outside regular hours, a €50 fee applies. These are subject to availability. Sunday appointments require a fee of 100%.

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or shortened, and your deposit will be forfeited.  

• Changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit. Keep in mind that if you’re 1 min late it is not possible anymore to reschedule and also not possible to refund you.

• Failure to show without notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost.
